We hope ICQMT becomes a rapidly growing conference with some prestigious features. Well-known eminent scientists are encouraged to take active role in co-organizing and building sessions. There are two type of sessions; regular and special focused sessions. Special focused sessions are organized for a full day symposium composing five sessions. Each session starts with an invited talk +3 contributed talks, totaling 20 talks (5 invited+15 contributed). For a half-day session, total 8 talks with 2 invited speakers.
The invited speakers are normally proposed to Organizing Committee, 15 contributed talks are selected from the submitted abstracts. While regular sessions are generally formed from the submitted abstracts and in most cases invited talks will be selected from the submitted ones depending on availability of the slots. You can fill in the form to propose any special or regular session by providing answers to the raised questions. When your proposal is accepted you will be given further guidelines and privileges for the active involvement in the session organization/building from the submitted papers.
